To provide advice to clients on mortgage, protection and general insurance products and services.

To conduct fact-find calls with clients referred by the company in an effective and efficient manner, gathering all relevant information
To place mortgages for clients of LIFT-Financial, LIFT-Mortgages and LIFT-Sport ensuring a high level of customer service in order to enhance the clients’ experience with the company
Developing and maintaining a client bank of your own and maximising opportunities within this client bank
To develop new revenue streams and contacts from which to refer mortgages
Ensuring technical knowledge is current and relevant and that CPD records are filed monthly to the Compliance Officer
Keeping up to date with requirements of regulation and the impact on mortgages, protection & general insurance
Developing a robust review process for your clients and ensuring that service is delivered in line with the agreed fee structure
Ensuring that the internal database system is used effectively and accurately and that client detail is recorded and kept up to date with all relevant information
